Anda Power Corporation (the "Company") was incorporated in the Philippines and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on May 10, 2013. The Company was established primarily to engage in the business of power generation and the supply of electricity and other forms of thermal energy, including heat and steam, to distribution utilities and end-users, as well as to undertake activities in other areas of the power industry that are incidental, necessary, or conducive to the attainment of its corporate purposes.

In line with the evolving Philippine electricity market, the Company has expanded its participation in the power sector as a Retail Electricity Supplier (RES), supporting the development of a competitive retail electricity market and providing electricity supply solutions to qualified customers. Through its retail electricity supply activities, the Company seeks to deliver reliable, competitive, and responsive electricity supply while providing customers with greater flexibility and choice in sourcing their electricity requirements.

A Certified ISO 14001:2015 EMS power plant, Anda is employing the latest clean-coal technology as it generates and supplies reliable and competitive power while ensuring environmental-friendly operations.

Anda is a duly licensed Retail Electricity Supplier (RES) authorized by the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) to engage in the retail supply of electricity under the Retail Competition and Open Access (RCOA) framework.
